Do have experience/an opinion on cedar oil as a bug repellant?

Bugs don’t like cedar, period.  Cedar products have been a proven repellent for hundreds of years. The ancient Egyptians used to dip their cloths to wrap the dead in cedar oil to ward away the bugs. There are cedar chests and closets that repel insects which are based on the same approach.  Many of us here at SD Hydro are big fans of cedar oil.  Here at the shop we sell Hydro Organic’s goGnats (liquid concentrate) and Cedar Zone’s Prill (granules).
